How We Got Started
All-Star Plumbing started the way a lot of family businesses do — a father teaching his son the trade, then watching him build something of his own.
Larry Davis has been a plumber since 1986. Nearly four decades of fixing pipes, solving problems, and taking care of customers. When his son Joshua decided to follow in his footsteps, Larry made sure he learned it right — not just the technical skills, but how to treat people.
In 2007, Joshua launched All-Star Plumbing in High Point. Larry joined him, and together they built a company on a simple idea: answer the phone, show up when you say you will, and fix it right the first time. No excuses, no runaround.
That was almost 20 years ago. Today, we’re still a family business. Still father and son. Still answering the phone 24/7 and doing the work ourselves. The trucks say All-Star Plumbing, but it’s the Davis family showing up at your door.

We Always Answer the Phone
Call (336) 462-1080 at 2 AM on a Sunday — a real person picks up. Not a voicemail. Not a call center in another state. We answer because when you have water pouring through your ceiling, you need to talk to someone now.
We Show Up When We Say We Will
If we say we’ll be there between 9 and 11, we’ll be there between 9 and 11. We call ahead. We don’t leave you waiting around all day wondering if the plumber is coming.
We Give You the Price Before We Start
No one likes surprise bills. Before we touch a wrench, you know what it’s going to cost. You approve it. If you say no, that’s fine — you don’t owe us anything for looking.
