Faucet Leaking? Outdated? We'll Fix That.
Repair and replacement for kitchen, bathroom, and utility faucets throughout the Triad.

Stop the Drip. Upgrade the Look.
A dripping faucet isn’t just annoying — it’s wasting water and money. According to the EPA, a faucet leaking at one drip per second wastes more than 3,000 gallons per year. That’s water down the drain and dollars on your utility bill.
Whether you need a repair to stop a leak or want to replace an outdated faucet with something new, All-Star Plumbing handles it. Kitchen faucets, bathroom faucets, utility sinks, bar sinks — we install and repair them all throughout High Point, Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and the Triad.
Bought a new faucet and need it installed? We do that too. You pick the style, we handle the plumbing.
Signs Your Faucet Needs Repair or Replacement
Not sure if you need a repair or a whole new faucet? Here’s how to tell.
Faucet Drips When Off
- What it means: Worn washer, O-ring, or cartridge inside the faucet. Water is getting past the seal.
- Fix: Usually repairable. We replace the internal components and stop the drip.
- When to replace instead: If the faucet is old, corroded, or you've repaired it multiple times.
Water Leaks From Base or Handle
- What it means: Failed O-ring or worn packing around the stem.
- Fix: Repairable in most cases. We replace the seals.
- When to replace instead: If corrosion has damaged the faucet body.
Low Water Pressure From Faucet
- What it means: Clogged aerator, mineral buildup inside the faucet, or supply line issue.
- Fix: Clean or replace aerator. If internal buildup is severe, replacement may be better.
Handle Is Hard to Turn or Loose
- What it means: Worn cartridge, loose mounting, or corroded valve stem.
- Fix: Often repairable with new cartridge or tightening. Severe corrosion = replacement.
Rust, Corrosion, or Mineral Buildup
- What it means: The faucet is deteriorating. Repairs won't last long on corroded fixtures.
- Recommendation: Replace. A new faucet will look better, work better, and last longer.
Faucet Is Just Outdated
- What it means: Nothing's wrong — you just want something nicer.
- Solution: Pick out a new faucet, and we'll install it. Quick upgrade, big impact.
Sprayer Doesn't Work Properly
- What it means: Clogged sprayer head, kinked hose, or failed diverter valve.
- Fix: Often repairable. If the faucet is old, replacing the whole unit may make more sense..
Faucets We Repair & Install
We work on all residential faucet types — and commercial fixtures too.
Kitchen Faucets
Single-handle, double-handle, pull-down sprayers, pull-out sprayers, pot fillers, and bar faucets. We repair all styles and install new ones. Kitchen faucets get heavy use — when they fail, you notice fast.
Bathroom Faucets
Vanity faucets (single and double), widespread faucets, centerset faucets, and wall-mounted faucets. Bathroom faucets are often about style as much as function — we install what you pick.
Bathtub & Shower Faucets
Tub spouts, shower valves, tub/shower combos, and freestanding tub fillers. These require working behind the wall in some cases — we handle it properly.
Utility & Laundry Faucets
Laundry sink faucets, utility room faucets, garage sinks. Simple, functional faucets that need to work reliably.
Leaking hose bib? Frost-free spigot not working? We repair and replace outdoor faucets too.
Commercial Faucets
Restaurant, office, and retail faucets. Touchless faucets, high-arc commercial kitchen faucets, ADA-compliant fixtures. We service commercial properties throughout the Triad.

Faucet Questions
How much does faucet repair cost?
Submersible pumps typically last 15-25 years. Jet pumps 10-15 years. Lifespan depends on water quality, usage, and whether the pressure tank is working correctly.
How much does faucet installation cost?
Installation labor typically runs $125-$250 depending on faucet type and complexity. That’s labor only — faucet cost is separate (unless you want us to source one).
Should I buy my own faucet or have you supply it?
Either works. Many customers pick out their own faucet from Home Depot, Lowe’s, or online. We install what you buy. If you want recommendations or sourcing, we can help with that too.
Can you fix a dripping faucet?
Usually, yes. Most drips are caused by worn internal parts — cartridge, washer, or O-ring. We replace the part and stop the drip.
How long does faucet installation take?
Most installations take 45-90 minutes. Simple swap-outs are faster. Faucets with complicated features or difficult access take longer.
Do you install touchless faucets?
Yes. Touchless faucets require a power source (battery or electrical), but installation is straightforward. We install all faucet types.
What brands do you work on?
All major brands: Moen, Delta, Kohler, Pfister, American Standard, Grohe, Hansgrohe, Brizo, and others. We can get parts for most faucets.
Can you fix a faucet that won't turn off?
Yes. A faucet that won’t shut off completely usually has a failed cartridge or valve. We replace the part and restore proper function.
